1 Definitions and Interpretation

In this Terms & Conditions document, the following terms carry the meanings defined below, unless the context requires a different interpretation:

• "Platform" means the fubo088 website accessible at https://fubo088.net along with all sub-domains, mobile applications, and related services.
• "Member" refers to any individual who has successfully registered a valid account on the fubo088 platform.
• "Account" means the personal account registered by a Member to access the platform's services.
• "Balance" refers to the total amount of funds in a Member's account at any given time, encompassing cash funds and eligible bonuses.
• "Bonus" means any financial or non-financial incentive granted by the platform to a Member under specified conditions.
• "Wagering" refers to any gaming or betting activity carried out through the fubo088 platform.

Section headings in this document are for reference only and do not affect the interpretation of the content. Any reference in the singular includes the plural, and vice versa.

2 Member Eligibility

To be eligible to register and use the fubo088 platform, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• Be at least 21 years old on the date of registration;
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement;
• Not be on any gambling exclusion list of any relevant regulatory body;
• Register for personal use only, not on behalf of a third party;

3 Account Registration and Management

3.1 Account Opening

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) active account on the fubo088 platform. Holding multiple accounts by the same individual, including accounts registered using different names, phone numbers, email addresses, or devices, is strictly prohibited.

During the registration process, you are required to provide complete, accurate and current information. This includes your full name as per your identity card, date of birth, a valid mobile phone number, and an active email address.

3.2 Password Security

You are fully responsible for keeping your account password confidential. fubo088 will never ask for your password through any communication channel. 3.3 Identity Verification

As part of the Know Your Customer (KYC) procedure, the fubo088 platform may require Members to submit a valid copy of their MyKad or passport, proof of current address, and other relevant supporting documents. This process is intended to protect all parties and ensure compliance with the international licensing standards we adhere to.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Payment Methods

The fubo088 platform accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, ShopeePay, and cryptocurrencies including USDT, BTC, and ETH.

4.2 Deposit and Withdrawal Limits

The minimum deposit amount is RM30 for all listed payment methods. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. The expected withdrawal processing time is between 15 minutes and 2 hours depending on the selected payment method and applicable verification procedures.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals can only be processed to an account or e-wallet registered in the same name as your fubo088 account. Any attempt to withdraw funds to a third-party account will be declined and may result in further investigation of the account in question.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New fubo088 members are eligible to receive a welcome bonus of 100% match on the first deposit up to RM1,000. This bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 10 times the bonus value received before any winnings from that bonus can be withdrawn.

As an illustration: a deposit of RM100 yields a bonus of RM100, bringing the total balance to RM200. The wagering requirement is RM100 × 10 = RM1,000 to be completed. Second example: a deposit of RM2,200 yields a bonus of RM1,000, bringing the total balance to RM3,200, with a wagering requirement of RM1,000 × 10 = RM10,000.

5.2 VIP Programme

The fubo088 VIP Programme consists of four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Each tier offers a different weekly cashback rate — Bronze up to 0.2%, Silver up to 0.4%, Gold up to 0.6%, and Platinum up to 0.8%. Tier advancement is determined based on member activity and loyalty over time.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each promotion may only be claimed once unless stated otherwise;
• Bonuses cannot be combined with other promotions unless specifically permitted;
• fubo088 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice;
• Any attempt to abuse the bonus system will result in the cancellation of the bonus and further action taken against the account in question.

6 Betting Rules

All bets placed on the fubo088 platform are final once confirmed by the system. Members are responsible for ensuring that betting details are accurate before confirmation is made. fubo088 is not responsible for any errors caused by incorrect input from the Member.

fubo088 reserves the right to void or correct bets in the event of a technical error, system failure, or circumstances beyond our control that affect the outcome of a bet. In such cases, we will notify the Member through the appropriate channel.

Activities deemed to be abusive strategies, including arbitrage, use of automated software, or collusion between players to gain an unfair advantage, are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and forfeiture of any related balance.

7 User Responsibilities

As a fubo088 Member, you agree to:

• Provide true, accurate, and complete information during registration and when updating your profile;
• Keep your account login information secure and not share access with any party;
• Use the platform solely for personal entertainment purposes;
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your area of residence;
• Report any suspicious activity or technical issues to the fubo088 support team promptly;
• Not use any software, scripts, or automated tools that could provide an unfair advantage in games or betting.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Closure by Member

Members may request account closure at any time by contacting the fubo088 support team via live chat or email. Before closure is processed, all eligible balances will be returned to the Member once the relevant wagering requirements are met and identity verification is complete.

8.2 Closure by fubo088

fubo088 reserves the right to suspend or close a Member's account and forfeit any related balance without prior notice in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Violation of any part of these Terms & Conditions;
• Fraud, falsification of information, or attempted money laundering;
• Ownership of multiple accounts;
• Abuse of the bonus or promotion system;
• Providing false identity information or using another person's identity.

9 Limitation of Liability

The fubo088 platform is provided "as is" and "as available". fubo088 makes no express or implied warranties regarding continuous availability, accuracy of information, or the suitability of the platform for any particular purpose.

fubo088 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from service disruptions due to system maintenance, unexpected technical failures, natural disasters, government actions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

In any event, fubo088's maximum liability to a Member shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the Member in the 30 days preceding the relevant claim.

10 Amendments to Terms and Conditions

fubo088 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time at our absolute discretion. Any material changes will be communicated to Members via a notice on the website or through their registered email.

Continued use of the fubo088 platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Members who do not agree with any changes are encouraged to stop using the platform and request account closure.

11 Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

The fubo088 platform operates under a valid international licence and complies with the regulatory standards set by the relevant licensing authority. All platform activities are subject to the laws and regulations enforced by our licensing authority.

Should any dispute arise between a Member and fubo088, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve it through good-faith negotiation. Members may submit a formal complaint via our support email at [email protected], and our team will endeavour to provide a resolution within a reasonable timeframe.

If negotiation does not produce a satisfactory resolution, the dispute will be referred to the dispute resolution mechanism established by the relevant licensing authority, whose decision is final and binding on both parties.
